My girls are busy and LOVING every minute of it!!

The Cherry house hold has been very busy since school has started.  For some reason I LOVE it.  Probably because I get to see my girls participate in things they LOVE!!!  This past Saturday is probably going down as one of my favorite Saturdays we've had.  It would be the best if Mac and I weren't fighting allergies!!  We started the morning off with Mille's soccer game.  I love that my baby is athletic, I didn't play team sports...I didn't like to sweat!  Let me tell you though I LOVE watching her play soccer and basketball!!!  It's probably good I didn't play sports b/c I'm crazy competitive (a trait I didn't realize I had until Mille started playing ball) and get into it a little too much, yes I admit it!  I love yelling and cheering on Mille but even more I love to make Mac roll her eyes at me b/c I'm being loud. :o)  Mille played great, still need to work on some things but all and all she's doing great.
She's # 13 which makes her happy b/c that's Taylor Swift's favorite #.
She got to be Kangaroo this game which is something she's wanted!  I'm not 100% sure what that means but I THINK it means she gets to run around with the ball and doesn't have a set position.  She's doing great but we have to work on getting in front of her team player so that they can pass the ball to her.
Onto the next activity...(side note before this we made our first family trip to Freebirds and it was AWESOME!!!) Mac and her dance company performed at the Waco Cultural Art Festival.  This is a pic of Mille sitting on her own watching the girls.  At first I didn't understand why she didn't move to sit with us(she had been sitting with Mac and her friends while another dance company performed)but then I looked behind her and saw that Rachel was sitting behind her.  Rachel is the girl with sunglasses to Mille's left.  Rachel graduated last year and is moving to NYC in November, she's an AMAZING dancer and my girls ADORE her!!!!!  After seeing Rachel behind her I then knew why Mille didn't budge. :o)
Mac and McKenna getting ready to perform.  The girls just got their new company outfits, super cute!!!
Look at her face!  She just shines when she is on stage.  I think we might look into theatre b/c she loves performing soooooo much!!!
Even though you don't see her face you can still tell she's loving every second!!!!

Jr Dance Company (a few have moved up to Teen Co b/c they're older than Mac)
These are teacher gifts for fall.  Target had these cute prepackaged popcorn buckets with movie size candy in it.  I wrapped it with burlap and put a sign that said "I hope the fall season is as sweet as you! Love..."

Pumpkins that I decorated, this was a pinterest idea.

Getting Stuff Done!

My sister asked if I could make her a door sign and a birthday board.  She's a Kindergarten teacher and her room is decorated in red, black, & white.
I made Mrs. Dominik a birthday board too.
I finally made the girls shower curtain.  I made it extra tall to make the room look a little bigger.  We just had the walls painted white so I needed some pop!  I still need to paint the curtain rings and shower rod (I hope I actually do it, for now it's hung and out of sight out of mind!!)
Small art I painted to brighten up the bathroom.  I painted this while talking to my best friend Missy, so every time I look at it I think of our silly conversations!
Another art "masterpiece" (haha!)

I've been sewing a bunch of t-shirts for my sweet girls.  I've made some up and then also "borrowed" some ideas from Crewcuts.  I've also been working on the chess table and pieces I made.  One day I will finish it!!!!! Tomorrow I must clean my house, it's so much more fun being crafty.  I have a list a mile long of projects I want to do, man I wish my house would clean itself!!!
